The Paladins couldn't come close to scoring and neither could the Tigers without a lot of help from FU. In the 5th FU gave up 3 walks and a balk to give CU their first run and in the ninth they gave them their other run by hitting the first 2 batters and CU scored on a check swing seeng eye dog. FU hitting managed only 2 hits. FU allowed 5 total runs in the 2 games with Clempson but neither game was ever in doubt .
