Paladins drop Sunday evening game to GW Bulldogs 5-3. They play again today.

It was announced that Jabari Richards is out 6 weeks with wrist injury. Also, Trent Alley and Dax Roper left last night's game with undisclosed injuries. Hope they are minor.

What did we say about "next man up" if this team is going to be successful this year? It looks like the stakes just got even higher on that front.

Paladins get the split with a 7-2 win over GWU, Next up, 3 games with Wake Forest. Friday in Winston-Salem, Saturday at Charlotte's Knight Stadium, and Sunday at Fluor Field in Greenville.

Correction to the above. Have UNCA at home Wednesday before the WF series.

Deon Sanders carted off the field during batting practice. At least Roper was back in the lineup at DH and Alley expected back this weekend.
