He is going to Marshall. Marshall coach Dan D'Antoni announced the move.

The star guard for Marshall is Jon Elmore, who was recruited by Furman, son of former VMI star Gay Elmore. Elmore originally signed with VMI out of high school but left before playing.

My thoughts exactly, its only 65 mins closer, we know location was not his reason for leaving
