Was state 3A PoY last year (his Jr year) and averaged 23.4ppg and 6.9rpg....scouting reports say he's a plus ballhandler and very good deep shooter...

Franklin is listed at 6'4" some places and 6'5" others. Video highlights show a smooth perimeter shot but what stands out immediately is his athleticism - showcased by some impressive drives and slams and some defensive play too. Had listed offers from App. State, Jacksonville, Eastern Kentucky, UNCA, Presbyterian, and S.C. State. Had interest also from Boston College, College of Charleston, Wofford, William & Mary, James Madison, UNCG, and Stetson.
Phenom Hoops website said -
" Franklin has a unique blend of bounce/athleticism along with length at his position. At our recent events, Franklin showed that he can score and create well for himself, comfortably knocking down shots from the perimeter or making plays off the bounce and getting to the rim with ease. Franklin fills it up well and excels in making plays for himself, and he can put on an absolute show in putting defenders on a poster.”
"In an event full of impressive performances, Franklin might’ve been the most memorable piece on display. He’s a long, skilled, athletic wing prospect with size, toughness, and the ability to consistently impact the game on both ends of the floor. Franklin showcased feel, vision, and scoring polish from all levels. He reliably creates clean looks off the dribble, both for himself and others, and makes smart decisions with the ball in his hands. Add in his defense, rebounding, and general adaptability, and Franklin is someone that Division I coaches should be targeting. "
