1st game as NBA pro. Didnt start but came in 2nd group and had some minutes

Sank a FT from a GS tech

Thought he impacted the game thru activity and defense, Didnt look lost and looked as if he belonged. Team went up by 10 when he was in there.

Got called for a silly tech. Lesson learned for the Rook. He's not the BMOC like in the SoCon

Didnt see much of the 2nd H. Maybe someone else can add

Yeah I don’t think he would argue that he played well. He got a bit out of control on a drive in the 1st half and lost his footing, the tech probably for complaining, almost a turnover on a careless inbounds pass. But he has all the tools to find his niche in the league over time.

A couple times early he had some transition opportunities that got killed by fouls or teammates bad passes, would like to see him with more chances in transition because that is where he can shine offensively

Hopefully those 2 three's that rimmed in & out will start falling for him at some point soon..............

He made a nice drive but blew the layup, love how he attacked the basket there but you gotta finish that play....................

Defensively he played hard, but he still has to get use to all the switching in the NBA and staying on his man, he lost his guy a couple times, in time he will get that and he will be able to use his athleticism to be a good defender..................

The good thing about the NBA is defense is optional.
