We have many things to pray for in this world.
It may seem trite to the rest of the world, but I pray all our guys recover from the heartbreak.
I also pray that CBR, Bothwell, and Slawson return for the 22-23 campaign - the team was too d@mn close this year, and their return makes it highly likely the team will contend again.

These are incredible people and I personally might not know how proud I am and we all should all be if they win that one because it's human nature to overlook such things as the thrill of victory ...in everything there's a give back or return to those who do things the right way...I truly believe that...That said, I think the worst is seeing those guys literally sink as the shot goes...That moment is hard not because they lose, but it's hard to watch the kids after a game like that...It's funny, the winning team never looks at the emotion of what it's like for their opponent...understandably so...But the opponent in the loss has nothing but the sheer excitement and thrill of the win around them from the winning team in that moment....the result isn't that tough...it's that you want it to happen for great human beings that makes it tough...So far beyond basketball...so far..these guys are amazing and the real reason I hope they get another chance this season because I don't want to lose moments covering them because of a miracle moment someone else for a shot made...But I also realize that is sports and it often doesn't care about our moments or friendships or anything...sports only give results. That said, you just have to trust the greater purpose and like the players and coach said, give God the Glory...There's meaning here...You just have to look for it.
