Good for him! Nationally televised and a chance to make some money. If they play well, good marketing for FU too. A successful pro would be a nice addition to the sales pitch for CBR.

Good start for Mounce and his team. His team - "Dirty South" - beat "Tobacco Road Ryders" by 21 to 20. Dirty South had two SEC players and two SoCon players. Ross Cummings from mercer was the other SoCon player. Tobacco Road Ryders had players from the ACC and Big South.
Mounce had a good game including the game winner from behind the arc to come back for the W.

Updating the results - Mounce's team won 2 of 4 games Friday but took all 3 games they played today and finished 5-2 in pool "B." That was good for a tie for second in the pool. They also were the only team to beat the team that finished first in pool B. Finishing second has earned them least one bye in the knockout rounds that begins Sunday.
The winning team in each game in the event wins $1000 to split among the four players, so Mounce and his teammates have won at least $1,250 each so far. Not bad for 70 minutes work time.

Mounce’s team lost their first and only game today in the single elimination tournament. They lost 21-16. He scored 11 of his team’s 16 points. I think he played well.

His fellow American import center Tommy Rutherford (203-1997, college: UC Irvine, agency: One Motive Sports) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four ZZ Leiden players scored in double figures.
