My understanding is
At the beginning of the season you get your county and and all the counties closer to you than any other school. If you beat a team you then get all their land.

Would be the best win of the season for any SoCon team
Pribably not. 99 percent would view Western’s win at Notre Dame or Chattanoogas win at Louisville better at least perception wise

I did say perception wise. Tell someone you beat Notre Dame and Liberty. 99 9 percent is going to be more impressed by beating Notre Dame.

If anyone perceives that Lousiville win as a "big win" they don't know college basketball
They do because they have that P5 designation and are in the ACC. Obviously they are not a big win but the perception is still there.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
