Timmons will shut down operations at the end of the regular season in March o f '24. The facility with then undergo 18 months of renovations and reopening in the fall of 2025.
Read it. Wipe it. The money am on the dresser.

Home games will be split between Berea and Travelers Rest High. And maybe 1 or 2 games at the Reedy River Baptist Church gym on 25.

So….let’s just stay there as we love it there and people NOW love to go to downtown GreenVegas!
And, we use the cash to turn Timmons into an Indoor Practice Facility for Football.

Beautiful Timmons Arena on campus and Big time hoops arena downtown, FU Basketball will have it all in just a few short years!

If we can do without Timmons for 18 months, do we really need it?
Wait. . . I almost forgot about the Bridal Shows, High School graduations, C/W concerts, and Monday Nitro Rasslin'.

Downtown only makes sense for 'bigger' games
Villanova plays this way, on-campus at smaller arena and have a larger downtown Philly arena option as well, its creates the perfect mix for what can be and will be a really special top tier Mid-Major program here at FU

Since most games are on TV/streaming), I am not sure any of the on-campus options would be able to accommodate the cameras needed. I agree the WELL may make most sense during the Timmons' renovation.

Indeed during that Timmons Reno the only option will be 'The Well', nothing else even seems logical
