We turned a close game into a no contest very quickly. So FU and WCU at 8:30 a week from Saturday,

WCU definitely the better team tonight. Too many points to overcome.

WCU almost doubled their first half points. Just no excuse for that. They scored 63 in Greenville, 55 in the second half tonight.

Without Foster we will lose in Asheville..no offense and poor defense giving them open 3 point shots

refs did a good job takng Foster out of the game tonite. Two quick fouls plus no fouls called. He had his eye almost poked out and mugged taking shots with no calls

Disappointing second half performance.

Hopefully we won't play them in Asheville ...not a good matchup...reminds me of the way we played vs UNCG

Such a poorly refereed game with Foster getting hacked...no calls...Williams looked lost....

I think it’s pretty likely that we play WCU in Asheville.

Wofford should have the tiebreaker, since they just beat Samford. I like Wofford in the opening round better

Furman has 10 wins, Western has 10 wins, Wofford has 9 wins.

Furman wins the tiebreak with Western and Wofford. Wofford wins the tiebreak versus western.

Let’s assume that Wofford beats VMI.
4 scenarios can occur.

Furman wins over Mercer and western wins over Chattanooga.
Furman 4 Western 5 Wofford 6

Furman wins over Mercer and Western loses to Chattanooga
Furman 4!Wofford 5!Western 6

Furman loses to Mercer and western beats Chattanooga
Western 4 Furman 5 Walford 6

Furman loses to Mercer and western loses to Chat
Furman 4 Wofford 5 western 6

So if we want to play Wofford on Saturday we need WCU to lose at chat. Furman cannot finish in 6th

We played so poorly tonight hard to feel good about our chances in Asheville....we have one of the best players ever here at Furman but he doesn't get support..could we wind up 7th??
