Regarding starters next year I was thinking we would slide Foster to the SG spot and have Williams at SF and Vanderwal at PF, but this makes me wonder if we will have Smith start at SG or be first guard off the bench for scoring punch.........

Smith will almost certainly start at the 2, Foster at 3. Williams plays starter minutes as 6th man.

9th rotation spot probably goes down to Molnar vs. Repass, though maybe the latter could be a 10th rotation guy for certain situations. Hard to see how either freshman would see time except injury.
I keep hearing Repass will be ready this year. I am expecting a lot of playing time from him.

IMHO we have 2 locked in starters in Pegues and Foster. One very likely starter in Hien with the other 2 starting spots up for grabs along with the 3-4 bench spots who will get significsnt PT. This summer’s off season practices should be pretty darn competitive and intense.

44% from 3, in our offense that's going to translate :D
We got a D2 guy that shoots 3's in his sleep, Furmanoid should be over the moon :D
I am indeed pleased. It appears that CBR has done a Vulcan mind meld with Furmanoid. These kinda guys are all over DII. I guess each one has his own story of how he wound up there. But a 3 is a 3 and 44% is pretty dang good. So we may have a pattern forming of CBR getting DII 3 shooters from the portal as suggested many times by me. Now he just needs to get that quality 7 footer I’m always harping about.

I will keep saying it. Do not sleep on our 6’10 big man, James Repass.

He’s got 3 years left, is that right? I hope you are right. Do we have a guy who works with the bigs? I hope we have someone who can teach big guys how to use their size and score in the paint. They aren’t gonna learn that in HS or travel anymore because it isn’t sexy. But it has never been easier to execute than now because 3 seconds is never called anymore.

Who else had interest in Smith? Do we have a list?

Happy Easter!!!
Here is the list. According to an additional tweet, he had planned visits to Furman, South Alabama and Samford.

Repass didn't play a minute this season, which I assume means he was redshirting which would mean he has three years of eligibility,

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
