Per SD estimates it will be 1000 end zone seats.

Of course the layout is different.. more wrap around so it depends on what is counted as "end zone"

No way 1,000 endzone seats if only 1,000 sideline seats(10 rows) remember the end zone is half the length of the sideline. If so what a waste to have 40 percent of capacity behind the baskets

today there are no court "corner" seats. The count of endzone seats include these corner seats. If these were not included as endzone its 500 "endzone" and 1600 courtside. anyway. less than 24 hours for the big reveal.

Its gonna be an exciting WE for sure!

So half of the Arena could have upper suites, and the other half could have a huge open concourse, I like it!
yep basically the stage is now a hospitality center. A key part of the atmosphere will be lighting

Personally SD likes the dark seat light and well-lit court. It make the place look larger

Noticed that it looks like the court wont be permanent.

What you mean by court won't be permanent?

can be pulled off just like the current court. For events. It may be just an artist rendering but the color turns gray towards the corners

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
