Unfortunately, I think we will be long forgotten until the LSU game happens or we stay undefeated until that game. With the upcoming schedule, if we stay unbeaten, we won't garner many more votes than we already have. Teams in front need to lose and Loyola needs to beat Nevada!!!

You guys might be right, we will find out in an hour or two, but in reality there is no reason someone should vote for Villanova and not vote us equally at this point, we took it to those guys in their arena

New NCAA NET rankings (replaced RPI): https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/basketbal ... t-rankings
Oh boy. I can hear the howling from here.
A few highlights - NET top 5 - Ohio State, Virginia, Texas Tech, Michigan, Gonzaga.
Duke is #6. Loyola Marymount is #10, Kansas is #11, Belmont is #12. Radford is #22 Georgia Southern is #26, Furman is #48, Clemson is #51.
Abilene Christian is #55, Liberty is #60, Kentucky is #61.

Torches are prepared and the mobs are ready to move out of Kentucky already. Not that far to NCAA headquarters is Indianapolis. I am sure they are not too happy in Kansas either.

Last time I looked Furman was featured on Dick Vitale's ESPN page.

He also has Furman at #22 in his top 25, just ahead of Villanova. Dated 11/25/18

Good info in the article on the CBS Basketball page. It explains why we played 2 extra non NCAA Division 1 teams and why the connection to the AdvoCare Invitational.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
