Well they sure as heck called walking on Hien Wed. night. Right after he got the ball at the high post he tried to dribble and the VMI guy mugged him and they called traveling. It must have pissed him off because he committed an off the ball foul on the next possession for revenge.
But you are right, it's rarely called anymore. And when the players do these euro steps it looks like 3 steps to me.
What I really don't get is a player will catch a pass or get a steal and fumble it and dribble once or twice and then pick up the ball. And then take off dribbling down the court. That is double dribble! And it's never called. Have they changed the rules?
I can't remember the last time 3 seconds in the lane was called. I doubt the SoCon Refs can count to 3 so that explains it.
