Hope there is not a problem with Nick Anderson. He doesnt show up in verbal commits yet
Just a glitch, verbal commits get's a lot of things correct, but still misses some things for all teams during the offseason

Sammy can kiss him goodbye. Never appreciated his attitude after he snarled at our DJ guy and seemed to tell him to get off the court. Funny the things you remember. Won't miss Marshall either.

Good news for Furman, easier path to the conference championship. Bad news for SOCO, losing another excellent player.

The Paladins get Jacksonville at home and Florida Gulf Coast on the road. I wonder if we get a random pair the next year or reverse the home and aways?

TORVIK projections list this as the SOCON rankings next year:

UNCG: 124
Wofford: 130
ETSU: 142
Chatt: 148
Furman: 162
Samford: 201
WCU: 312
Mercer: 350
The Citadel: 353
VMI: 362

VMI might legitimately be the worst D1 school next year. Looks like the SOCON is due for some extreme regression from last year, but the top 5 schools are close to each other. I still think we can win it this year, though Chatt and ETSU will be good

That torvik system is a nice little rating service. But you need to look at the data to see how the ratings are calculated.

Since Dins lost 3 of top 4 scoring options, Dins will take a big hit. Also, for xfers it only shows Sullinger and House as coming in. Since House didnt play that much, his numbers dont compensate for what was lost. Woffy only shows 1 xfer so the veterans on the team make up alot more productivity.

BTW Sullinger is the #3 xfer in the Socon and he and House are in the top 13. But no mention of the other 3 players coming in.

Basically the torvik rating is nice for fun but it doesnt take all the factors into account for sure

They probably don’t count d2 transfers. Take it with a grain of salt, renember the Paladins were picked to win the SoCon last year by everybody.
