Two words: Jalen Slawson.
As a freshman.
Bowser is going to be really good. It takes a while. He's a fine young man. If he'll stay the course, he will be a playuh. Bob knows how. HIs method is without madness. It works.

Maybe I’m coming around on this idea. Can’t be worse than Hughey right now. He’s a dud.

I don’t understand how someone who is 6-9 can get zero rebounds in 21 minutes. Crazy.

Do we see another different starting lineup Sunday? How about small ball:
Smith 6-0
Pegues 6-1
Foster 6-4
Williams 6-5
Vanderwal 6-7
Or Whitt 6-3

Not sure what folks are asking for... all three have to play but in different situations. Rebounds were down becuase Foster was a mad man.

Last nite, Cooper got alot of minutes and at the end of game was being swapped defense for offense

HIen has alot of experience for certain spots. Hughey has to play to relive them. Boswer can stop folks at the rim

Production in one form or another, hopefully in more than one form. ;)

I am becoming more convinced that we are battling nagging injuries and illness. It is impacting us so that we are sluggish and playing at about 75%. We will get out of the fog and shake off the funk. If any of them had the flu I had then it takes a while to bounce back.

I'm all for Cooper getting more PT. That said, his positioning and footwork on defense needs to improve, as well as his passing at the top of the key. CBR's offense often calls for the 5 to be the QB and facilitator at the top of the key. Hien and Hughey are miles ahead of Coop in recognizing back-cuts and guys coming off screens. Hopefully we can get back on track and take advantage of big leads to get him more experience.

Coach speak. He wants teams to think we are fully healthy so when we are fully healthy we beat their tail.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
