NJIT Arena might look alot like the new lower bowl configeration
One thing SD hopes they add, which is kinda FU tradition, is a statue at the front of the venue. Believe all other sports have one even the golf facility

If you take Elon's new arena, get rid of the upper stands on both sides reducing the capacity a bit and instead add luxury boxes for donors, I think that will be what we are after for ourselves basically.

geez... SD hopes not. That thing is ugly! SD knows what u mean, the configuration looks close. Maybe the # rows is more but the orientation is right

Reminder for your Calendar, April 15th Comprehensive Campaign Launch!
Since this is a "Comprehensive" Campaign launch, sounds like its more than just Timmons. What do folks think it will include?
Some ideas:
Timmons Reno
FB End zone project
FB Indoor practice facility
Track improvements - stands
Tennis Facility Enlargement - add 2 indoor courts
Dedicated Lax facility
Softball facility improvements
Soccer?
Golf? Golf has had recent upgrades
The only way it will include any major Football stuff is if someone has put up tons of money to do so, otherwise they will not cross that bridge right now with Basketball Arena taking priority.
My guess is it will be mostly about other Furman projects like the dorms ect., and mainly Timmons on the athletics side, no reason to put focus into to many other things at this time.

Agree, I expect the only athletic facility included will be Timmons. Hopefully it will be according JD.
