Let the seat counting begin...

Already done. You missed my post #99374. Spolier alert, its smaller than we thought/hoped. Just under 2,000 in the bowl seatng area. We were all hoping for a big name opponent to open Timmons and maybe one more like Wofford, UNCA, UNCW etc all have done but all of their new places are much larger so maybe not, still hopeful.

Smaller than YOU thought. The rest of us are pleased with our new Timmons Arena. Don’t pick out season tickets if you don’t like the new Timmons. Save those seats for someone that loves our Paladins. Seriously, enough with complaints about the number of seats. Either get or board, or buy tickets at the empty Woffy arena.

Funny I’m the only one that thought there would be more seats when all we have heard is 2,509, 2,750, 3,000 etc. Show me one post where someone said they were expecting the bowl area to seat under 2,000. You consider facts as complaining so ok.

The point is, get over it. As is said, “It is what it is.” Stop complaining and join the rest of us to support the new Timmons Arena, home of our Furman Paladins.

No one was complaining. Looking forward to the new Timmons especially if I can get a seat.

Just received an email update. Priority point process has begun. Currently seating tiers 1 & 2. Tier 3 expected to start on April 28. We will receive an email when our tier has begun seating.

I wonder if the Furman themed entrance will remain...mind you it was there even before last year when BSWA really was our "home away from home".

“NOW SEATING TIERS 3 AND 4
TIER 5 IS EXPECTED TO START THE WEEK OF MAY 12.

PLEASE REFER TO THE FURMAN ATHLETICS FUND PRIORITY POINTS GUIDE FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TIMMONS ARENA SEAT SELECTION PROCESS.”
