I expect Alex Wilkins to share the point with Bronson next season. Wilkins was a point guard in high school and in his "AAU" games. Franklin played shooting guard.

Defense. Don't forget Defense. HS level defense non-existent compared to what's required of D1 -- and CBR hangs his hat on Defense. How well & quickly the frosh can acquire D1 Defensive skills will be a key discriminator.

I do not post often anymore, but I do recall Ron Smith started as a freshman. By the end of the year, he was definitely the quarterback /leader of that team. And they competed against the best. Just review their schedule.

I think the exceptional talent of this incoming freshman class may be good reason not to fill the last couple roster spots with transfers.

Mel Daniel was exceptional. If any of the incoming freshmen are as good then we will be ok.

He was also a Latin Scholar. Not a lot of people know that.
