I found it interesting when GH played great coming off the bench the other day and sank like 3 of 4 free throws early. He seemed more at ease, no pressure. I think he ultimately went 6-12 from the line.
7-14 but still 50% which is an improvement.
move Hein to Bowser's position and put Johnston in Hein's position...would we get more offense that way inside??
I don't know Jess, I would not bench Bowser as he needs the PT to develop. I think he has the most upside potential of anyone on the Paladin roster. Remember this is the same guy that had 5 steals, 5 blocks, 5 assists, 6 rebounds, and 9 points in the previous game. What was different was the level of the competition. Those 2 bigs from UNCG were both a senior and a grad student and 230 lbs. Bowser is a 19 year old skinny sophomore.
Since we're doing Sunday nite coaching maybe starting Hughey and Bowser together against a team as physical as UNCG might work and let Hein and Johnston come off the bench????
