That was a whole lot better. I thought everybody that played contributed. I like that we controlled the rebounding and held #4 Robinson somewhat in check though he did get 24 pts. I watched the last 5 min of Mercer's win over UNCG before our game with Mercer and he just wore UNCG out driving to the rim and also hitting some unbelievable 3 pointers.

I also liked our double post offense that we ran a lot tonight that we didn't see that much against VMI. VMI ran a hang back in the paint D and we tried to attack it with a single post in the middle of the court about the foul line that mostly worked but we just couldn't hit a shot except for VDW driving it to the rim.

That was mostly it tonight. The offense created open looks and we made the shots. We started off with Hien and Bowser getting some inside baskets which really helped open things up for the shooters.

Great game from Bronson and Anderson. Credit Coach R and the team for sticking together and coming up with a good road win despite all the bellyaching and bad mouthing from the fans (me included) Wed. night.

Dont know what was going on with the rims at MU but of the 4 teams that played (ladies and mens) all shot around 50% FTs

Have to side with the NORM on this one, plus don’t think our bigs are capable of consistently pounding the basket.
