Recording a new episode on Monday morning (Jan. 13). Looking for questions related to the NCAA, SoCon, Timmons, basketball season and upcoming spring sports. Thanks!

The SoCon should not allow UNCG to play the national anthem 10 minutes before a game with zero players and coaches out on the court like they did this past Saturday, its absurd and completely disrespectful!

When traveling to Furman Basketball games on the road, what's the best path to buy tickets? Does Furman have tickets available to sell for road games? On a related note, could your team produce a guide that shows which sections are closest to the Furman bench at each SoCon arena?

For those of us who completed the survey expressing interest in purchasing season tickets for next year in Timmons Arena, what's the timeline on when we should expect to be contacted to select our seats and know our place in line?

I was unable to complete the Timmons survey, kept saying me email was not found. Will I still be able to purchase my season tickets that I have had for many, many years?

I am sure you know that question has already been addressed in the communications put out by the athletics department.

Thanks Rb.
What I get from that communication is that we will have access to renew our season tickets, but more than likely not the same seats since the entire arena is being reconfigured. Plus, giving more money gains you better seats. I’ll miss the on the court seats I’ve had for the last 10 years, but I will support our Paladins no matter where they put me.

The women’s teams all exit the court before the national anthem is played. Why? I’ve only observed one team on the court for the anthem. It was a visiting team.

Ok, Dan needs some serious questions ;)

1)The basketball documentary was awesome - has the SoCon as a whole explored the possibility of doing some type of documentary / show / youtube series at the conference level to get more eyeballs and potentially create a revenue stream?

2) It's been mentioned that the arena renovation has changed the discussion in basketball recruiting. Has it changed perception of the program in the eyes of other conferences and who might be interested in adding Furman in the event we need to make a change?

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
