I really like (and I believe most, if not all, posters on this board do as well) the chemistry of this Paladin team. If JP had stayed, I don’t think this team has the same chemistry.

Foster appears to be in approximately the same role that he had with the Paladins before last season. Play some defense, grab some rebounds, and knock down a few threes. Maybe it suits him better than being option 1 or 2.

Pegues continues to be 8th or 9th on the squad at Auburn. Averaging less than 2ppg. He has made 6 shots this season, 5 were threes.Hitting less than 24% FG.

Whitt has probably got what he wanted from his transfer. Starting point guard. A team leader. Belmont has 5 players scoring between 11 an 14 ppg. Whitt is 4th. Leads in assists and steals. Belmont is maybe the 3rd best team in the MVC behind Drake and Bradley and will have a legit shot at winning a bid as tourney champs.

Williams has still not played any for Duquesne. Assume it is an injury situation.

Rumor mill is leaning hard toward Alex redshirting this season.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
