Didn't take long for Chattanooga to find a replacement for Robinson. Rudy Fitzgibbons, 6'0" pg from the Citadel, is transferring to Chattanooga. He is listed as a senior but didn't play this year because of injury so it seems he may be immediately eligible this coming season but still have two years of eligibility. Fitzgibbons averaged about 8 ppg in 21-22. He hit 36% of his threes that year and 40% in 20-21.

In just about 1 year as coach at UTC Dan Earl has brought in 3 transfers from VMI and 1 from the Citadel.

Shannon Grant, the 6'10" 280 junior who averaged about 5 ppg and 3 rebs. for Mercer this season, transferred to
Florida A&M.

ETSU transfer Josh Taylor, 6'9" soph., has picked Georgia State as his latest stop (his third school in three years.)

ETSU transfer Jalen Haynes picked George Mason. His third school - he started at Virginia Tech. Like Ques Glover, I doubt that Haynes thought he would end at GMU after this latest move.

Ashton Smith, 5'8" guard at UTC, is going to Austin Peay. He averaged 5 ppg but only played in two games. Maybe he was injured most of the year and noticed the Mocs have four new guards available next season.
