Do we still owe Loyola Chicago a game in hoops?

Next year will we host Winthrop and play at App St.?

Will we host Belmont next year and if so is that a possible game to have in Downtown Gville?

Any movement or traction finding any other 'name brand' programs that would be willing to come play Furman at the 'Well' in downtown Gville next year? Maybe use a 2 for 1 series type offer to go along with cash payout to entice?

How are ticket sales and plans going for Wofford game at the 'Well' this year, do we hope/expect to get 6,000 again for that game like 2 years ago?

It’s too late to change, but why did we install metal detectors at Paladin stadium and Timmons arena? Was there a threat? Did someone believe it would sanitize us against Covid?
Prolly makes for a quicker entrance instead of everyone being wanded.
Why are they necessary in the first place? What threat have they received that provoked this paranoia?

I wonder the same thing about the clear bag policy.

Okay folks… I know you’re waiting on another hoops podcast. And so am I. But… Jason Donnelly’s monthly interviews resume on Feb. 1 - so leave questions on all things Furman in this thread.
As we get closer to another year of the conference seemingly being on the outside looking in for an at-large bid to the big dance, have there been any conversations with Chattanooga about playing such a weak non-conference schedule with a generationally talented team?

Please ask him the point of playing a football game that doesn’t count and hurts our playoff chances tremendously.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
