A "Blanket Waiver" just announced by the NCAA for MTE's (Multi Team Events): http://www.ncaa.org/about/resources/med ... tball-mtes

Any comments on what the "blanket waiver" means for FU (assuming the Myrtle Beach Invitational is still on, the MTE Blanket Waiver applies, and FU remains in the field)?

Furman is expected to get 3 games in Orlando. They will get 6 other games for a total of 27. Who know what they are calling the Orlando thingy now. Lots of teams there. I know one of the events starts on November 25th and does not include FU.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
