Hunter has started his postion previews with the offensive line. Some experience in the OL but very small, weight wise. All projected starters between 285-290. This one position that just cannot afford any injuries.

So your take on that article is … we're very small and SOME experience… interesting take.
I have to point out a few things that contradict your take;
Last year's center, Wyatt Hughes, was listed at 6-3 282. This year's starter, Luna, is listed at 6-3 290.
One of last year's tackles, Pearson Toomey, was listed at 6-3 295. Hundley will man one tackle spot at 6-3 287, and Eli Brasher should man the other tackle at 6-4 288. Not to mention Balliew 6-5 288, O'Dell 6-7 300, and Garner 6-5 292. I'm not sure who you're calling small?

With the probable exception of replacing Fred Norman at RT, we should be as big - if not bigger - along the two deep offensive line. Some of the young guys are big hombres.

We also haven't seen the updated rosters yet.

Give it up fellows- don’t you know that there is a dark lining behind every silver cloud? Maybe 5 dark linings- I mean really, who knows?

A Paladin is 6’9 325. Everyone is small to him.

I care if these guys can give our QB enough time to pass and can make lanes for the RB. I do not care if they are slightly under 300lbs instead of slightly over 300lbs.

I have no idea how "big" our coaches want Furman's offensive line to be but it wouldn't surprise me if they are exactly the size and shape our coaches are shooting for.

I trust our coaches.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
