I hate Ticketmaster. Heck, America hates Ticketmaster.

Oh no! We’re going to be ‘on the wrong side of history’ (once again)!!
Don’t know why I posted it in the football thread. I did like the ticket system we had, never having an issue with it. I know that Ticketmaster’s system works well. It’s the fees that are bothersome. Hopefully, Ticketmaster will not rip us off like they do for all other events.FUBeAR wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2023 1:21 pmOh no! We’re going to be ‘on the wrong side of history’ (once again)!!
Are/Were you a big fan of the Glitnir Ticketing App?
FUBeAR is assuming this partnership will involve replacing Glitnir and is also assuming that as Season Ticket holders have paid no (explicit) fees to Glitnir that we will also not be paying (explicit) fees to Ticketmaster.
FUBeAR will trust JD the VP & AD … "Ticketmaster provides us the opportunity to offer our fan base a first-class ticketing platform," said Vice President for Athletics Jason Donnelly. "This partnership aligns perfectly with our efforts to provide fans with an exceptional game day experience. Recently, we have seen a significant amount of growth in both ticket sales and fan support. Ticketmaster's innovative technology will allow us to provide Paladin fans with a premier ticket purchasing and management experience."
…and why did you create this thread in the Football section? This partnership ticketed athletics events in Timmons Arena and Paladin Stadium.
Good to hear, what happens to Georgie and the ticket office. Will they still be there?Paladin64 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2023 2:45 pmWe have moved to no fees for season ticket purchases and a $2 flat fee per ticket for single-game tickets. We are charging the standard credit card fee customers have previously paid for Season Tickets and Single Game Tickets. So from an online fee structure, we have reduced fees for season tickets, and the fee for a $25 football game ticket has been reduced by $.30.
Customers will be able to resell tickets on the Ticketmaster marketplace.
Not a bad deal!
Thanks for the info DC. Refreshing to hear the fee setup will be to our advantage.Paladin64 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2023 2:45 pmWe have moved to no fees for season ticket purchases and a $2 flat fee per ticket for single-game tickets. I'm guessing our Football Program did not want to start the ticketing process until after Dins Day. Surely a blast from Dwight will be forthcoming.
Yeah - no records of current seats, etc. Assuming they will get all of that uploaded soonDavemeister wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 3:26 pmI logged on, but I couldn't find a thing about how to claim my tickets. It was like having to start from scratch. I'm so confused.
