ESPN3 is internet or ESPN app.
ESPN+ is a subscription service.

Correct. The espn+ subscription has just went up to $9.95 per month but still worth it for all the games you get.

If you have an ESPN+ subscription can you watch an ACC Network game?
I think I watched the NC State game last year like that but I can't remember.

Easy way to find out is find the ACC network on your tv. If you can watch it now you can watch the game. They don’t black games out.
