Just a shout out to True Fr #44 Luke Clark who had the hit of the day on a tackle for loss in the 2nd half.

Also got major contributions on defense from some other Fr, notably ILB Evan DiMaggio (tied for team lead w 4 tackles), Kam Brinson (3 tackles) and Bryce McCormick (2 tackles)...

I'm pretty high on Luke Clark… Luke played DE in high school and at 6-3 227 pounds in his HS he was blowing past linemen over and over. I believe Clark ran a 4.28 shuttle at a camp. He also showed his speed making a tackle on a speedy Cat on a KR.

DiMaggio and McCormick — I know us recruiting geeks - John, Paul, myself to name a few have been early waiting to see these guys on the field. McCormick's sideline to sideline speed impressed me.
