Mistake you don’t do. Throwing short of endzone by 5 yds w time expiring. We missed two tackles and he gets a TD. GAME CHANGER

Maybe they were super hard tackles and the guy had space to get in easy? But it appeared we had a shot at him - make the tackle. Halftime is 20-10. Sane as a turnover !!!

Good point. McKoy was beside him and went for the pass knock down, missed and took himself out of the play. Then Okeh and Perryman had good shots at him but both basically missed. You are correct. He should have not scored after catching he ball at the 5 surrounded by 3 defenders.

Right. IF IF my memory is right on attempted tackles I know they made the throw to the 5. Why did no one mention this yet so many have had epileptic fits over iffy turnovers. This was in OUR CONTROL and was a turnover allowing 0 points instead of 7 or a sure 3. Huge mo for us if we make that play. We didn’t

Not mentioning this play also shows a predisposition I don’t like. The predisposed nature of many to focus on offense. Defense is just as much a factor;! People noted the flanker screen that was picked off several times. This play may have been MORE important as it was 7 points directly for GSU and it was the last play of the half! HUGE MOMENTUM SWING. They get all 7 points instead of 0 or 3. And are recvg ball at second half. Could not have bigger momentum swing if you drew it up. . That’s far More momentum and costly than the INT we threw pretty clearly I think

I think I was so mad about the turnaround by then I didn't even realize the clock ran out on that play. It was huge, no doubt.
