Defense playing great. Offense. Not so much. Dropped passes. Open the offense and blow these guys out before they get lucky
Please quit bragging on the defense. Bad karma. We will have to rely on them to win. :D

Hate to say this but the offense looks like it did in the spring. Play calling is spring like too.

Can we just put a sticky at the top of the forum that says you think the offense isn't very good, so you don't have to keep repeating it?

Wow. This is such a frustrating game. This is such a scrub team we ought to be up 40 on but we can't move them ball. Come on guys.

Yes the offense is not very good. Had hope after last week but certainly regressed today bigtime. Samford put up 7 TD’s on this team last week, we have one,

Some of this, I think, is just how our coaches want to manage a game.

We've got a 16 point lead on the road. Tennessee Tech hasn't gotten anywhere near our end zone.

Our coaches are playing this conservative. They are trying to run the ball and grind on them. Some coaches may try to go for the jugular, but that's just not our group. They want to win the game, and don't necessarily care about the style points.

Yep. O not impressive. D great. What else is new.

Damn D, on the fumble your have to know don’t go for the scoop and score…. Just FALL ON IT. good grief. And that is a fact. PRIOR. TO. EVERY. PLAY. you rehearse over and over ‘what if a fumble?’ What if this?’ On the fumble by TTU in Q3 we need points. Fall on it at the 20. Though you could argue our O was so poor try for a D score. Lol

Jackal I agree some. SOME. but when we throw behind a recvr or an OL gets beat (happened very obvious a few times where they hit Wynn deep in our backfield…. That was execution. Not a coach decision. They obviously wanted to keep the chains moving as would any coach. Also 16 is just a two score lead! 19 is completely different

From what I've seen, the odds of TTU scoring two TDs and two 2pt conversions is small. They would have to fluke into a play or two.

Our passing game is no where close to last week. Dropped passes. Bad passes. Short passes.

Agree, you forgot play calling, really have not used the middle of the field like last week and have went back to the dreaded sideline throws. Thats why we have less than half the yardage last week.
