I'd say Johanning, then Pline. I think Blackshear has a shot too, but given how many lineman NFL teams carry I think there are more spots for someone like Johanning rather than Pline or Blackshear.

I think Pline has a slight edge because of his size. You can’t teach size. He is a big target.

Mason Pline signed a 3 year , $2,840,000 contract with the San Francisco 49ers, including $10,000 signing bonus, $50,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $946,667. In 2024, Pline will earn a base salary of $795,000 and a signing bonus of $10,000, while carrying a cap hit of $798,333 and a dead cap value of $50,000.

Those are standard UFA rookie contracts if they make the team's 53 man roster. If they don't, they keep the signing bonus money. If they are on the practice squad then that is a different financial package.

Practice squad players are on a different type of contract. I don’t know the exact details, but I believe it’s a week to week arrangement. The money is nothing like the contracts above but it is still a good deal.
