I wonder if “COVID spring” led to some of our guys getting out of shape, and then, looking at their last season dumbed down to a weird spring partial-season, they didn’t work as hard as they could to get back in shape? Seemed to me most of the guys on the OL that appeared to regress were Srs...
To my eye - untrained as it is - I wondered about this too. A few Seniors seem to regress. Now if someone isn’t playing well I don’t know why you don’t play the backup so as to push them?

We were horrific on offense this year. If CCH thought the problem was just a few plays in each game he won’t be here long. My guess is he just provides talk-speak like so many coaches do. We were so bad on offense that it was no fun to watch.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
