Noticed this:

NG: Stephens 6'3 297
NG: Dudek 6'3 289
NG: Hernandez 6'4 312
NG: Knauber 6'1 296

That's a lot more depth than we started with last year.

That's assuming Stephens gets the waiver. If he does, there is certainly plenty of depth there I believe.

Dudek's physical progression is impressive . I believe he came in a PWO DE at 6'3" 245 and he's now 289. I also believe he's one of the strongest guys on the team based off some videos and interviews in the past.

I was a big fan of what I think Knauber can grow into, so hopefully he earns some playing time this year. Same for Hernandez.

With the transfer portal we should have a better idea of who we are getting. However, given that everything is spread out, I have no idea what is going on.

Globally, I think we are in a stronger position going into '25 than we were last year, when we replaced darn near the entire two deep.

We return a lot of players. We've added good talent and should be deeper than we were at any point last season.

I suspect our coaches may revisit a bit of their approach from last year and see if we can avoid a lot of these pre-season injuries that really hamstrung us last season.
