I never know what any of this means, but Johnson, Dudek, and Dalton are no longer on the roster, but Moson is.

Usually, when a team leaves the players name on the roster, it means they would be welcomed back to the team out of the portal if they don’t find another team to go to.

But that courtesy does not include the guarantee of a scholarship, right?

“Best of luck to you in the portal. You are welcome to stay. We love you and know you would be highly successful here and would make major contributions to the success of your current Team.

So, while you are welcome to return, it’s our responsibility to your current Teammates to do everything we can to replace you, and, if possible, land an even better Player at your position.

So, naturally, we cannot ‘hold’ a scholarship or a roster spot for you. Keep in close contact with us as your portal journey progresses and we’ll let you know at each check-in, what, if anything, in terms of scholarships / $’s, we have for you IF you decide to remove yourself from the portal, and return to help us win Championships here.”
