Good point. I don’t think we have an “experience” problem at all. Some of these kids are just not very good. I don’t see the size, attitude and athleticism necessary for this level of Div 1 football. Looks to me like our recruiting was not up to par. e.g we don’t have a lineman who can snap the ball properly in a shotgun. I am not impressed by either of our QBs

We are lacking in some key areas. Sure, injuries contributed to the problem but some of the guys that just aren’t getting it done aren’t backups.

Of course as soon as I post that about our db’s we pick off passes on 2 consecutive possessions.

Sitting there watching tv and trashing these 18-19 year old kids playing their ass off is something I just don’t get. Many teams would have quit at this stage. Am proud of how these boys are fighting.

I agree. They are and have been fighting on both sides of the ball. D has been decimated. O just has not seemed to play to our strengths.

This game was really the mirror image of last week at VMI.

Last week we were clearly the better team but made a series of critical mistakes that cost us the game. This week that role was played by ETSU.
