Caleb Auer is a good comp, perhaps. Auer was a 6'3 240 TE in high school and is currently listed at 6'3 266. Auer was listed at 6'3 243 as a redshirt freshman upon first being moved to offensive line and then at 266 by his sophomore season. So, that's 20+ pounds in one year.
Jumper is a little taller than Auer, is already an offensive lineman (Auer was not), and will have a full offseason of S&C. It's not inconceivable that this time next year he'll be up in that range.
