Brilliant pitching and fielding for the Wolfpack tonight against Vandy.
Great pitching for both sides - except for the lone HR.

Former Furman pitcher Stone Simmons saw action for Mississippi State last night. He only pitched 2/3 of an inning and gave up a wind-aided home run, but the fact they pitched him in the 8th inning of the CWS when they were leading by only 2 says they have confidence in him. State held on to win, so they have at least 2 more games. Maybe we'll see him again.
Last night's Vandy-Stanford game was another thriller! Sportsfans, if you're not watching these games you're missing out.
