Shanecocks or Shamecocks

Some, even on the UFFP, are prone to refer to the UofSC sports teams as the "Shamecocks", which is unduly derogatory.
With Shane Beamer now being the head football coach there, are people who use the word "Shamecocks" now replace it with "Shanecocks" (or possibly just stop using anything that sounds like "Shamecocks")?
If you do not like this post, keep in mind that nothing else has been posted over the past 20 hours. So which is better, this post, or nothing?

Bobo is retained. It's still the Shamecocks, or the Lamecocks. Seriously, I would love to see S. Carolina and Clemson undefeated at the end of season game that would mean something nationally. Carolina fans deserve better. I hope this Shane guy gets it done. But, the Bobo hire is puzzling, unless Beemer would told to retain him because of financial issues associated with a buyout.

Didn’t Connor Shaw spend “several days” as a coach on Furman’s staff 1 or 2 years ago? Now retained on Beamer’s staff in undetermined off-field role.
