Here is my Dream College Football 8-Team Playoff:

Alabama vs. Coastal Carolina
Texas A & M vs. Ohio State

ND vs. Florida
Clemson vs. Cincy

Everybody would have to put up or shut up.

I wish they would just come out and say that only P5’s and ND are eligible. To me it seems like ND and A&M have demonstrated on the field that they have no chance of winning the championship. Cincinnati hasn’t, so let them in or let them do a play in game with the Chants.

My predictions:
Clempson over Ohio St in a rout
Alabama over ND in a rout
Don’t expect either game to be close.
How can you justify putting in a team that just got beat by 4 TD’s by one of the other participants?

It's all academic. 4 teams. 8. 20.

The playoff needs to be two teams at this point. The same two teams for virtually the entire CFP era.
