App State has a losing record against Furman that will never be changed. Real Yosef's know this.

They will play the other schools with winning records, Wake Forest and East Carolina, but I doubt will ever pay Furman for a potential loss.
And never forget the spanking we put on them the last time we played each other. It was 27-10, good guys. Even their own website shows a winning record by the Paladins of 11-9-1 from 1985 to 2013.https://appstatesports.com/sports/footb ... ersity/446
This is FUBeAR’s personal record vs. Appy, if he’s allowed to count his Official Visit/Recruiting trip…

1977 -- W, 28-20, GREENVILLE
1978 -- W, 52-34, Boone
1979 -- W, 31-17, GREENVILLE
1980 -- W, 21-20, Boone
1981 -- W, 22-18, GREENVILLE
1982 -- W, 27-21, Boone
1983 -- W, 49-0, GREENVILLE

7-0 …UNDEFEATED
230-130
33-19 avg
2 TD’s/game better than those mountin’men

So thankful for all those years !
Thank you for your role in each one of those.
27-10 as I recall in 2013 at Paladin Stadium, last time they played us I believe.
Furman helped to make ASU who they are by giving them great competition in the SoCon which made them better. They should be grateful to us.

Great games right there. 21-20 was a snow game if memory serves correct. The 22-18 game sticks in my mind because it seemed we were behind all day and came back to win. Sorrells was qb maybe. We had a player leave in an ambulance with a broken leg in the 27-21 game in Boone......maybe. Great memories from times that you could actually get near Boone on game day.

You are correct. ASU has lost to JMU today.

There is no love affair with Appy on this thread. Truth matters.

No love affair whatsoever, as far as I'm concerned. I am not the one who calls them Appy. I just call them ASU. Glad JMU won. (No love affair with JMU either.)
