Cant agree more. Its free agency without contracts nor salary caps

IMHO College Bball needs to have a GM position like in pro sports. GM is responsible for getting the roster and managing the money. Its too much for the HC to do all thatplus coach

Bullcrap NIL tampering going on everywhere. College sports is destroying itself. Over 800 kids in the portal already and the tournament just started. Schools without huge resources turning into AAA for the power schools. Eventually division one basketball will split into a major and minor division. After that, some schools will decide to exit completely. N.C.A.A. is a total joke!

It really isn’t the NCAA’s fault. When the government/courts got involved you knew it would get screwed up and be the end of college sports as we know it. Sad. The term student athlete has been replaced by employee.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
