Welcome to the new world order brought to you by the ineptness of the NCAA. The pooch has been screwed.

Multi-year multi-million dollar deal for Marcus.
A guy with one year of eligibility is getting a multi year deal? Pull the other finger.
You guys have no sense of humor, obviously.

I suspect he may find it hard to get PT at Xavier

ESPN rates Pegues as the 8th best transfer, Mikael Brown-Jones of UNCG as the 10th best transfer. Belmont is losing the 17th, 18th, and 21st best transfers. Foster wasn't assigned a # but he was the 57th player they mentioned. Conner Essegian, 6'4" guard at Wisconsin, is transferring. We offered him a scholarship once. He went from 27 minutes a game and 12 ppg as a freshman to 7 minutes and 3 ppg this year. He hit over 35% from 3 as a freshman to 30% in reduced time this year.

Dry humor doesn't land as well when you are feeling a little depressed - sorry.

I understand choosing Xavier over Cal, but over Indiana?

I get it, Marcus Foster probably likes the idea of playing for Sean Miller, a really good coach. Mike Woodson of Indiana doesn't have that much pedigree

Obviously there will be a lot of PT available with that kind of roster flux at Xavier. Their playing style may be a better fit too. Foster has a versatile game but isn't great at any one thing. Good at a lot of things. He needs to play in a system that values versatility.

That Xavier rumor has been on the Internet for a while, I think they were always the main focus.

Staton-McRay was the second leading scorer and second leading rebounder and lead in steals while hitting 41% of his threes for Samford this season. Major loss.

College of Charleston had their seventh player entering the portal. Some rebuilding to do there.
