Go State!

State playing like Coach R tried to get Din's to play. No egos. Team basketball. Work the ball till you get a good shot. Suffocating on defense.

That big kid is fun. Easy to pull for.

How about them Tigers! The ACC sucks.
Yes it does. One team getting hot and lucky does not validate a bad conference.
Give it up. Just admit you have been wrong on this one.
Nope Duke and UNC are blue bloods and are always going to be there. Just because a couple of teams get hot/lucky at the right time does not validate a season long bad conference. ACC was 0-3 in the NIT, did not win one game.

The ACC has reestablished itself as among the top leagues. Not glory years level but rumors of its demise are much exaggerated.

Remember the ACC outperformed in the tourney last year too, albeit not to this degree.

Time for the pundits to re-value the ACC.

Ok let’s forget the fact that the ACC suffered losses to: Lipscomb, Arkansas, Western Carolina, Citadel, Georgetown, UMass-Lowell, Chattanooga, DePaul, Arkansas St. 2 teams having unusual success in a tournament does not validate a 15 team league for an entire season.

Plenty of top 20 teams lost games like that. Heck, we lost to Anderson. It is the nature of college basketball. Those loses don't matter when the Big Dance comes around. All I know is, 3 of 8.

Survive and advance. The “R” stands for guts. As Dabo said BYOG! Go Tigers. I admit I’m pulling for you tonight.

Means nothing in regards to this year. Of course all but a very few of those appearances belong to Duke and UNC.

Out of 200 chances in the last 25 years how many of those 200 slots went to Duke/UNC? How many to ACC others? Please provide back up to your statement.

I took a quick look and besides the two above mentioned there are very few intrusions in the Elite 8 by the rest of the conference. Virginia, Louisville, and the last couple of years Miami but that’s about it
